Chapter 153

Cheyenne was up at dawn. Her nerves were shot. Jon was sleeping soundly in her bed, snoring slightly.

She loved him in her bed. He was lying on his stomach , the sheets low on his hips.

She took a shower and took great care with her hair and makeup.

Stacey was moving into the cottage with her for her last week. Firstly because the family is sleeping over and secondly she wanted to spend some time with her friend before real life stepped in the way again.

A servant brought their breakfast to the cottage. Cheyenne didn’t feel like eating but knowing Jon he would make sure she eat something.

Things were going so well between them, she felt like living in a dream. She was just scared that she would wake up…

There was definitely something between Rich and Stace and she was so happy for them. She just hoped Stacey or Rich wouldn’t get hurt.

She was so deep in thought she didn’t see Jon coming up behind her.

“Up so early? Nervous about today baby?”

“Yeah..yeah I am. But I’m also looking forward to meeting your family.”

“They are looking forward to meeting you too.” He snuggled into her neck, kissing her softly.

Everything was in its place when they reached the mansion. Violet’s cheeks were all rosy from the bustle and excitement.

A car stopped at the front door and kids’ voices could be heard as the doors open. Jon walked out catching Jake in his arms and Romeo almost knocked Jon off his feet.

“Wooohaa I see my boys missed me!”

Steph kissed and hugged her dad. Jesse was last to say hello.

Cheyenne waited patiently, not wanting to intrude on the special moment.

Romeo saw her and rushed towards her. She grabbed him and held him up in the air, his happy giggle bringing a smile to her face.

The little boy gave her a huge hug.

“You are going to be my second mommy now.”

‘Yeah I am.”

Jake kissed her and gave her a quick hug, but the moment Shelby came rushing in all was forgotten.

Steph hugged her and congratulated her, ogling the huge ring her dad had bought Cheyenne.

“Wow, dad now that’s a huge ring! Good choice it looks stunning on Cheyenne’s finger.’

Jesse came closer. Gave her a quick kiss and congratulated her as well.

Dot walked up to her.” Well let me see the ring everybody is going on about..Holy shit Jon you outdid yourself !”

“Thanx Dot, you know me and my great taste…” She rolled her eyes at him.

Everyone went inside to enjoy some refreshments.

Stacey was introduced and she immediately fitted in. The kids loved her as well and Dot and Rob laughed at her antics.

“Granny is here!” Little Romeo announced as he rushed in.

Ohhh Shit..here goes.

Jon gave her an encouraging hug. Lacing his fingers through hers and walked towards the door.

An elderly couple got out of the car. The kids swarmed around them and took up the couple’s attention. Jon held her close against him, feeling her nervousness.

At last they were free to meet her. The kind eyes of Carol Bongiovi lightened her nervousness.

“At last! I thought I’d never get the opportunity to meet the woman that swept my boy off his feet! From what I saw in the tabloids you were a stunner. And honey let me tell you that blue dress was breathtakingly beautiful!”

“Ma…you are blabbering again!” Jon gave his mother a hug and a kiss on the lips. She gave him a slap.

John Bongiovi came closer and embraced Cheyenne as if he knew her forever..

‘See honey. Jon got his good taste from me. And look at the ring! Honey you’re doing something right!”

Richie laughed at the old man’s banter.

He greeted the couple like he would his own parents.

It took quite a while for everyone to meet and greet and by that time two cars pulled up as well.

Tony and Matt walked up to the door.

Eyeing Cheyenne, Jon walked up to them.

“Hey, hey stop ogling my woman!”

The brothers hugged and were introduced to Cheyenne.

‘Well, now Jon..this is a beauty. What did you do to catch her?” Tony smiled at Jon.

“Oh nothing serious..just being my sexy ole self.”

“Yeah right.. I forgot I was talking to the hunk of the family..how stupid of me!” Matt’s eyes were full of laughter, Desiree, his wife gave him a good hearted slap.

‘Honey! Hi I’m Desiree. Welcome to the family!”

As everyone went inside, Jon pulled her against him whispering in her ear.

“See I told you, you’d be a hit!”
